Position Title: Help Desk Intern/ First line of assistance
Supervisor: Sameer Istafa
Title: Network Administrator
Department/Division: Technology Services
Paid/Credit: Credit hours given as determined by curriculum.
Position Description: (List duties, responsibilities, special projects, etc.)
Will assist technical support team with several duties including: answering help desk calls; responding to minor IT issues including printer, MS Office and other application issues. Will be assigned special projects depending on experience.
Qualifications/Requirements: (i.e., education, technical skills)
Candidate should be an undergraduate (declared or undeclared) or graduate student with a degree in Information Technology or any technology related field.
